Meet Andre
Andre’s journey has been anything but ordinary. Born in Chicago to Polish immigrant entrepreneurs and raised in Colorado’s scenic outdoors, he developed a unique blend of grit and curiosity early on. Over the years, his path has taken him to seven countries, each offering new experiences that shaped his approach to life and business.

Professionally, Andre brings diverse work experience spanning auditing, risk management, investment banking, and Search Funds. During his MBA at IESE Business School, he worked with search funds and led teams in evaluating and executing deals, building on his deep understanding of operational analysis and leadership.

Outside of work, Andrzej’s love for the outdoors and adventure keeps him grounded, whether he’s hiking in the Rockies or perfecting his Argentine asado skills (a work in progress, thanks to his fiancée, Cami). His global perspective, combined with his entrepreneurial drive, fuels his vision to build businesses that create real value—for their people, customers, and communities.
